Grand Mint Tournament
Upon the launch of our NFTs and platform, players who minted their own BLOCK HUNTER will be eligible to participate in the Grand Mint Tournament of ENERGYBLOCKS.
The Grand Mint Tournament will have a prize pool of up to 100,000 USDC* for NFT holders to win.
Each NFT will act as an entry ticket to the tournament and each account which minted and held the NFT during our snapshot on mint day, will be attributed 20,000 EB with which to participate during the tournament. That EB is exclusive to the tournament and won’t carry over at the end of it.
Accounts which hold more than one NFT will see the corresponding EB attributed to their account at the beginning the tournament. Just because a multi-NFT holding wallet has more EB, it does not mean they will have an advantage, but rather just a larger amount to risk with when playing.
The EB that each wallet receives is finite, which means players can only gain more EB from other players during the tournament.
The duration of the tournament will last 4 weeks from the date of mint.
Prizes
Prizes will be divided into three categories:
- Grand Finale (20% of total prize pool)
- Total Competition Leaderboard (50% of total prize pool)
- Daily Tournaments (30% of total prize pool)
Daily Tournaments:
These will occur three times per week, during a designated amount of time. For e.g. Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 20:00 UTC/13:00 PST until 22:00 UTC/15:00 PST.
These mini-tournaments give players the opportunity to win part of the prize pool if they had successful games during that day. This result also adds up to the Total Competition Leaderboard.
Even if a player can’t score high enough to qualify for prizes in the Total Competition Leaderboard, they can still earn prizes for the Daily Tournament.
The top 10 players of every Daily Tournament leaderboard will receive different USDC prizes respective to their position.
Total Competition Leaderboard:
This leaderboard is composed of the total results of all the Daily Tournament’s that have occurred during the competition.
At the end of the competition, different USDC prizes will be awarded to the top 100 players of the leaderboard respective to their position.
Grand Finale:
The top 10 players of the Total Competition Leaderboard will fight it out in the Grand Finale. In this event, all top 10 players will start with the same amount of EB and the final winner will win 20% of the total prize pool for the Grand Mint Competition.
This event will be livestreamed and followed by multiple Twitch streamers, creating wavelengths across Web 2.0 and Web 3.0.
*Prize Pool Funds: 1 SOL from every NFT mint will be allocated for the Grand Mint Tournament prize pool. The final total pool may vary depending on the total NFTs minted.
